- Model Breakdown:  
  - Passenger Vehicles: 371,501 units.  
    - Pure Electric: 199,600 units.

  - Commercial Vehicles: 2,125 units, including buses and other models.

Domestic Market: In China, BYD's diverse range of vehicles caters to a wide spectrum of consumers. The combined sales of the Dynasty and Ocean series reached 342,838 units in August. These series, with their multiple models, offer options for different needs and budgets. For instance, the Qin in the Dynasty series is popular among young families for its affordability and practicality, while the Han provides more luxury features. The Fangchengbao brand, known for its off - road capabilities, sold 16,265 units, attracting adventure - seekers. Denza, with its luxurious models like the D9 MPV, contributed 11,993 units, appealing to customers looking for high - end comfort. The ultra - luxury Yangwang brand also managed to sell 405 units, demonstrating BYD's successful foray into the high - end market.
